We enjoyed the hotel very much and the mitzvot, it's a pity that the last morning when I stood in line at the coffee station it was really unpleasant to turn the guests in high and unpleasant tones, and her service to the guests was stressful and unpleasant.

Not satisfied with the tension we had when on the last day before the sting we got out of the tap water from the tap I called the reception until we were taken to another room to take a shower and we and the little boy did not have any hot water in the room at all due to a mishap. We waited again until there was another room with a shower stall and it was hard to shower the child. At Tzakot we were reimbursed NIS 250 for an amount that did not fit our mess and our delay in going back to the center.

Charming, good service, a problem is not enough parking spaces in the hotel and not always have to accept or security of parking tickets received so many visitors from the city parking fines. The hotel is but the stay was very enjoyable.

We asked the corners of the room later and confirmed to us until 13:00 but when we got Lahad 12: 30 evacuated We found that the card did not work and we had to wait for more security man wet after the pool and it was unnecessary.

The public areas are maintained and luxurious hotel. The room at a low level in terms of comfort, shower room. Room air conditioner does not work on refrigeration, heating and only had hot Eilat hotel staff is welcoming. A pot of coffee waiting 20 minutes for breakfast was excessive Saturday

Check-in was terrible and very slow, huge load on only one receptionist, the two were busy departure, and one lady was a circle of the sun.
